Since I couldn’t be without my vehicle, they offered me a complimentary rental, which was a huge help. Car maintenance can get pricey, but they offer a military discount, and I found coupons on their website that helped lower my total. Overall, the service was efficient, and I appreciated the convenience and extra savings. Just remember to return your rental with a full tank of gas! I would definitely recommend Shottenkirk Toyota.

This place has many types of cars, all in amazing shape. I just got my first car here two days ago. Jhan Vazquez, my salesman, was extremely helpful in finding the perfect fit for me. He found a car within my budget with all the features I wanted!

Coplin in the service department was an absolute delight to work with. He explained all of the services very well and was willing to work with my budget. Also, waiting at the dealership was not bad. They have coffee and water available for free as well as a kids’ play area and movies playing on the TVs. Services were also very fast.

A huge thank-you to Tim Stewart, the Sales Manager. He was amazing to work with, stayed in touch, and really helped bring everything together. Joseph Hinojosa and Nick Solano were great. They made the process of buying my car feel stress free. They were attentive and respectful throughout the whole process. The car I had set my eyes on and was enamored with was no longer available but Joseph went above and beyond to find something I felt happy with. My party and I left with smiles on our faces and felt respected. Everyone knows the feeling of dread pulling up to dealers but Joseph and Nick made us feel welcomed and valued.

Jorge was amazing I definitely recommend him. Unfortunately, the finance guy wouldn't remove the extra unwanted "upgrades" and "VIP Package" so not only did Jorge waste his time and missed this sale, my family also wasted their time. An extra $10k for something we won't use and don't want is a bit much considering the vehicle was about market price.

Last year, my experience was not great (detailed below). Today, I gave them another chance. Nathaniel was my salesman, and he was fantastic! Pierce was my service manager (for a service issue with a different Toyota), and he did all he could. Five stars for both of them! *** Called in, confirmed the vehicle I saw online was available but we needed to "act fast." Came in ten minutes later and the price had been marked up by over $5k. Won't be dealing with these people.
