Sales Customer Service Product Specialist

• Meet with guests and advise/educate them through the vehicle purchasing process.
• Personalize every interaction with guests, whether they are internet leads, referrals, return guests, or walk-ins.
• Serve as an educated guide by staying informed of new products, features, and accessories, as well as their benefits to guests.
• Successfully set up and deliver vehicles after the purchase process is complete.
• Assist in troubleshooting vehicle technology features and setting up Toyota Connected Services.
• Continuous education on all new products, features, and accessories with Toyota, TCUV, and pre-owned vehicles. Attend product and training courses.
• Duties as assigned by Team Leaders.

Basic Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license to operate a motor vehicle
• Ability and desire to create a world-class guest experience in every interaction.
• Ambition and drive to accomplish individual goals and an excellent level of service.
